随笔：自我谅解

宇宙赋予了我们生命这个窗口，我们拼命抓住这个难得的机会，从中感知、探索和理解周围的世界。

然而，当我们静下心来反思时，我们会意识到，从一开始，我们就被赋予了最珍贵的礼物—“自我 ”的容器。

我们把一个灵魂放在这个容器里，浸润在自己的灵魂中，对这个容器进行感知，也是一种超能力。

如果对自我的认知是一种天赋，那么我们需要做的简单的一件事或许就是不断地顺应自己，不断地了解自己。

不是苛责自己，而是在每时每刻都要宽恕和谅解自己。

这是一种多么深邃而难以捉摸的境界啊。

The universe has gifted us with the essence of life, and we desperately cling to this rare opportunity, perceiving, exploring, and understanding the world around us.

Yet, when we pause and reflect, we realize that from the very beginning, we have been given the most precious gift of all—the container of “self.”

Within this container, we place our soul, and to perceive ourselves is a power in itself.

If the awareness of the self is a natural gift, then perhaps the only thing we can truly do is to constantly flow with and understand ourselves. Not to be harsh on ourselves, but to forgive ourselves in every moment—what a profound and elusive state this is to achieve.
