身体是一座庙宇。里面居住的灵魂是庙宇里供奉的神灵。健康，简洁，财富，美好的品德皆是装饰庙宇殿堂的宝石和美画。

通俗哲学与超俗的生活之道并不能十全满足我。

我想要一座拥有神灵的庙宇，我要努力为它进行装饰。从那座庙宇的内部，我能寻找到我的安宁。

灵性修养不能被”自我”所束缚。

最开始人是“无我”的，这时的我是一种朦胧不清的状态。

所以要先形成“我”。

在形成了之后呢，又需要把这个已经成型的“我”打碎，融到其他的“我”里面去，再一次变成无我。

这是具有神性的“呼吸方式”。

我们通过重复练习这种呼吸，觉知我们的内在，同时也觉知这个世界的内在。

In the beginning, a human being is ‘egoless,’ and at that time the ego is in a state of obscurity.

That is why it is necessary to form the ‘I’ first.

After it has been formed, it is necessary to break up this formed ‘I’ and fuse it with other ‘I’s’ to become egoless once again.

This is the divine ‘way of breathing’.

By repeating this breathing practice, we become aware of our inner self and the inner self of the world.
